Call out for articles for View Camera Australia in 2023
View Camera Australia has been online since 2017 and despite there being only around 200 people in Australia who use large format cameras the readership of the site is very impressive, encompassing both national and international readers. Some articles have received over 10,000 views.
Articles published in View Camera Australia are a great way to promote your photographs and views, and to showcase photography in Australia to a worldwide audience.
We’re not only interested in technical articles but also personal stories about what you’ve been photographing, sequences you’ve been making and places visited with your large format camera.
Also we’re considering a new series on photographer’s darkrooms where you can show and talk about your darkroom. This will be of particular interest to those starting out in large format photography. Please let me know if you’d want to be involved.
We’re open to talk through any ideas you have about articles, reprinting older articles you may have published elsewhere.
Please get in touch via the contact page.

Would a cross posting of this review of Smalltown (https://lightpaths.net/2022/10/09/roadtrips-smalltown) be appropriate?
Gary, yes reviews of books are very welcome.
